We are seeking dynamic professionals to join our team in the kitchen. Our ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, provide creative solutions and work collaboratively with colleagues.

Responsibilities:
  • Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Prepare food according to menu specifications and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure all work areas are kept clean and hygienic at all times.
  • Manage stock levels and control costs in your section.
  • Participate in mis-en-place preparation and food production across different kitchen sections.
  • Follow instructions from immediate supervisors and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products, recipes and techniques to ensure consistent quality.
  • Coordinate efforts with other kitchen sections to achieve cleanliness, waste reduction and cost control targets.
