Office Manager

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:- Office Operations:
- Manage office staff functions, including logistics, meeting arrangements, and minute-taking.
- Coordinate with senior executives and staff to compile information for meetings and reports.
- Administrative Support:
- Draft and review correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all documents and communications.
- Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research and analysis to provide recommendations on key issues.
- Review and prepare background materials for presentations and discussions.
- Team Management:
- Oversee the team's calendar and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Maintain accurate records and files for Reso-related business.
- Communication:
- Interact with senior management, external agencies, and organizations to accomplish tasks and receive requests.
- Prepare and disseminate information to internal and external parties.
This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or a related area, with progressively responsible senior administrative experience.
