Job Overview

As a key member of the RESO team, we are seeking an experienced Access Network Architect to lead our Radio Optimization efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our Access Network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize network performance and reduce costs.
  • Lead a team of network engineers to design, deploy, and maintain Access Network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize network optimization initiatives.
  • Analyze data traffic patterns and recommend improvements to network capacity and coverage.
  • Monitor and report on network performance metrics, including KPIs and SLAs.
  • Identify and resolve network issues and faults in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology or related field from an internationally recognized University.
  • At least 7 years of experience in RF Optimization, preferably with Ericsson RAN equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of 5G/4G technology and communication skills to describe RAN network architecture and 3GPP system protocols.
  • Expertise in resolving KPI degradation, mobility strategy, and inter/intra RAT Handover issues.
  • Proficiency in using Radio Optimization Tools and performing cluster optimization.
  • Experience in both LTE FDD and TDD Networks with multiple carrier aggregations.
  • Excellent presentation, reporting, and summary skills.
