Public Image Manager

Enhance the company's public image, ensure consistent management messages across the organization, manage initiatives and track progress.

This role reports to the Head of Strategy & Planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement brand guidelines and run campaigns to strengthen the company's brand position.
  • Develop an internal communication plan to cascade management messages and important information across the organization.
  • Liaise with teams to communicate updates and initiatives to employees.
  • Manage digital and social media accounts, preparing content for press releases, articles, newsletters, blog posts, and social media posts.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials, including brochures, videos, and presentations.
  • Evaluate communication materials for alignment with company brand guidelines.
  • Monitor industry trends, providing insights and recommendations on strategies and opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
  • Track media coverage and prepare reports on industry-related content and sectors of interest.
  • Organize events, press conferences, and activities to promote the organization's initiatives and milestones.
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure successful event execution.
  • Identify and engage with partners and stakeholders to enhance the brand image.
  • Promote positive relationships with clients, partners, and community members.
  • Maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for optimization.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of brand development and marketing principles.
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
