About the Role:
This position sits within the Talent Acquisition team and reports directly to the Head of Recruitment. Your primary responsibility will be to source and attract high-quality candidates for various roles across the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to meet those requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create job descriptions and interview questions tailored to specific role requirements.
- Source qualified candidates using online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant job boards).
- Screen resumes and applications via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interviews, from scheduling to follow-up, across screening calls, assessments, and in-person or virtual interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role scopes.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collect and share feedback from candidates to improve the recruitment experience.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines and long-term relationships with potential candidates.
- Proactively contribute ideas for improving talent acquisition processes and systems.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs). A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and hiring processes.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques, professional networks, and job platforms.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with hiring teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a mindset for continuous improvement.
