We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Scientist to join our team. As a pioneer remote-first tech company, we're changing the world on a daily basis and need talented individuals like you to help us achieve our goals.
What We're Looking ForAs a Talent Scientist, you'll work closely with Hiring Leads to drive initiatives, automation, and best practice while offering an expert viewpoint on talent assessments. This is not a recruiter position; it's about the science of talent and performance, raising awareness and insights across the business so that they can select the best talent available from our global talent pool.
We have a number of mid-senior level openings in our team, and we're looking for individuals who are passionate about how organisations select talent using scientific approaches. You should have a strong analytical problem-solving ability to identify trends and patterns using R or Python, SQL, statistical analysis, BI tooling, etc.
You'll also be expected to build key relationships with global stakeholders to ensure that hiring activities are driven and decisions are made effectively. A high level of personal organisation and self-drive to work remotely and be effective is essential.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe're looking for individuals with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Psychology-based subject, preferably with experience working within a highly data-driven People team. You should be able to interview candidates using behavioural interviewing techniques (competency based and psychometric assessments) and have a good understanding of statistical significance testing and Bayesian inference.
In addition to your academic qualifications, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train stakeholders and advise on how to get the best out of an interview. You'll also be required to travel to company events 2-4 times a year for up to two weeks each.
