Job Description
At RESO, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Strategy & Support Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our corporate support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily office needs.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting strategic initiatives and providing exceptional administrative support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Liaising with colleagues to handle requests and queries from managers and other employees.
- Supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Creating and/or updating records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
- Submitting timely reports and preparing presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Initiating/following up on work orders as requested for various office needs.
- Assisting in updating organization charts and contact lists, and emergency contact cards.
- Providing support with new employee onboarding and ensuring arrangements for computer equipment setup and access.
- Coordinating payroll and assisting employees with time reporting.

Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration and 1-2 years of working experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
