Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT infrastructure sector.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored infrastructure solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Manage and achieve targets planned for the financial year in alignment with the company's objectives.
  • Handle acquisitions of new customers, generate prospective leads through various mediums, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Drive business solutions based on client requirements and needs to ensure repeat business.
  • Engage in early and proactive vendor engagement and deal protection strategies to increase chances of closing deals successfully.
  • Prepare all documentation required from the start till the completion of the sales process.
  • Develop and engage customers by attending to all inquiries and submitting professional commercial and technical proposals for all customer requests.
  • Work closely with pre-sales engineers to manage the sales cycle for large deals, including early vendor engagement and deal protection strategies.
  • Communicate and coordinate with all relevant internal and external parties as and when required.
  • Maintain quality standards, processes, procedures, and policies at all times.
  • Provide regular progress reports as necessary.
