Academic Position Description:

Desirable Candidate Profile:

  • Hold a Ph.D./DBA degree from a recognized institution in Strategic Management or a closely related field.
  • Have significant experience teaching management and related subjects at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
  • Prior experience in developing higher education programs or equivalent industry experience is desirable.
  • Candidates with U.S. degrees and experience at the higher education level in the United States will be given preference.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with peers, leadership, and external stakeholders, including the business community.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is essential for effective online instruction.
