Job Title: Credit Support Officer

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity to work in a dynamic team, providing effective support for the credit function. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks including credit reporting and management information, portfolio activity, risk-related project management, and developmental activities.


Main Responsibilities
  • Credit Reporting & MI: Timely circulation of credit application forms, tracking, follow-up, and completion of GCC/HOCC voting process, as well as maintaining GCC meeting minutes and action points.
  • Portfolio Activity: Managing group credit monitoring and portfolio forums, assisting with country limits adjustments and updates, and generating timely and accurate portfolio dashboards and relevant reporting.
  • Risk-Related Project Management: Escalation and follow-up of past due payments and any other account irregularities, managing service subscriptions, and ensuring timely submission and closure of audit reports.
  • Developmental Activities: Ensuring completion of all mandatory courses, participating in projects, and supporting the wider CRG team to deliver overall department objectives.
