Client Of Capitex seeks a Transformation Strategist to oversee group-wide remediation efforts. The ideal candidate will develop a comprehensive remediation roadmap, establish governance frameworks, and design policies for transformation execution.

Governance and Strategy

We require the successful candidate to:

  • Develop a Remediation Roadmap aligned with strategic objectives
  • Establish Governance Frameworks for transparency and accountability
  • Design Policies and Procedures for consistent transformation execution

The selected Transformation Strategist will be responsible for leading transformation initiatives to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. They will coordinate with stakeholders, including compliance, risk management, IT, and business units, and oversee group-wide training to build transformation capabilities.

Implementation and Leadership

The Transformation Strategist will:

  • Lead Transformation Initiatives to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
  • Oversee Group-Wide Training to build transformation capabilities
Performance Monitoring

The selected Transformation Strategist will track project performance using KPIs and provide regular updates to stakeholders. They will also conduct post-remediation reviews to assess success and identify improvement areas.

Change Management

The ideal candidate should have strong change management skills to support adoption of enhanced processes and systems. They must ensure effective collaboration among team members and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or a related field
  • Certifications like PMP, Six Sigma, or ACAMS are highly desirable

Experience: 7+ years of experience in transformation management within the banking or financial services sector is required. Proven expertise in leading remediation initiatives and addressing regulatory gaps is essential. Strong understanding of compliance standards and regulatory requirements in banking is necessary.
