Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Lead to manage sales and marketing efforts for our composite products across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, market analysis, and customer relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  2. Manage all market data and sales pipeline activity in the company.
  3. Identify new product opportunities and diversify the revenue stream.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, market expansion, or sales leadership within the composite manufacturing or related industry.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking capabilities.
