Job Description

As a dedicated Events & Workplace Specialist, you will lead efforts to maintain and elevate Calo's work environment in Bahrain. This role will focus on enhancing the office experience.

The ideal candidate is passionate about creating positive experiences, has an interest in project management, and thrives under pressure with a creative flair. A strong sense of humor and ability to navigate complex situations is a plus.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall office operations, including maintenance, merchandise supply management, and equipment purchasing.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with service providers.
  • Track and maintain office assets, ensuring employees receive equipment within allocated budgets.
  • Monitor and manage office finances, providing accurate and timely reporting.
  • Coordinate office layout, ensuring that the office is clean and represents the Calo brand and values.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives including social events, birthdays, pop-ups, and celebrations.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and provide general support to visitors.
  • Design and manage merchandise for Calo employees.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with the People Partner team on various initiatives and special projects.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates or one year of experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
