We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Culinary Operations Leaders to join our team at the Independent Food Company. As a UAE-based hospitality company, we pride ourselves on creating unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our entire culinary operation across various restaurants in Bahrain. This includes planning, organisation, training, and leadership of all BOH operations. You will work closely with our sous chefs and head chefs to ensure successful running of our restaurants.

  • Culinary Expertise: Leverage your culinary expertise to deliver high-quality dishes and exceptional customer service.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of cooks to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment, to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
