We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Assurance Specialist to join our team. As an Asset Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our assets with the highest quality standards.
The primary responsibility of this role is to implement quality assurance programs, conduct audits, and report audit results. To achieve this, you will need to stay updated on the latest trends in Asset Management to ensure asset quality is maintained.
Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting:
You will be responsible for gathering data on asset performance metrics such as equipment downtime, maintenance history, and energy consumption. Using data analysis tools, you will identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues, and prepare detailed reports on asset performance and reliability. Additionally, you will support management with regular and ad-hoc reports as needed. You will also support the implementation of condition monitoring technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, etc.
Asset Inspection, Assurance, and Audits:
As an Asset Assurance Specialist, you will assist in planning and executing asset inspections. You will identify defects, wear, and indicators of asset degradation, and document inspection findings and recommend corrective actions. You will also conduct asset audits to verify compliance with standards and procedures, monitor and follow up on corrective and improvement actions, ensuring issues are addressed and standards are achieved.
Risk Assessment:
You will contribute to risk assessments by providing technical data and analysis, identifying potential failure modes and their consequences, and recommending risk mitigation measures.
Maintenance Planning:
You will assist in developing and updating maintenance plans and schedules, generate work orders and spare parts requests, and coordinate maintenance activities with operations and production teams.
Compliance:
You will ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies such as ISO 55000, maintain asset documentation and records, and support compliance audits and assessments.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering, or Hospitality Management, and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
