Airport Services Duty Supervisor

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Airport Services Duty Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the airport operations team, you will be responsible for supervising your team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring that all operational tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as station coordinator in liaison with ground handling agents.
  • Ensure on-time flight closure and passenger boarding by supervising airport teams.
  • Plan efficient duty allocations of manpower during duty periods.
  • Provide support to the Airport Services Duty Officer in case of flight disruptions.
  • Perform aircraft turnaround checks to ensure safe operation of QR ground ramp product.
  • Generate reports and maintain a clean and organized workplace.
  • Be the primary contact for agents requiring assistance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, quality, and environmental management policies.

About the Role:

Requirements:

  • Relevant college or university qualification.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in airline or ground handling operations at supervisory level.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English language.
  • Knowledge of Weight and Balance, Ramp handling, and Dangerous Goods Regulations.
  • Able to perform duties under pressure while maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Good understanding of conditions of carriage and International Civil Aviation Safety procedures.
  • Experience in areas such as Passenger Services, Baggage Services, Ground Operations, and ramp handling.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Excellent customer focus and service delivery.
