- Design and implement training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities.
- Evaluate and enforce adherence to internal policies, rules, and procedures across the entire team.
- Italian nationality is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as a Head Chef in Italian restaurants.
- Proven track record in kitchen management.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- A good understanding of POS systems.
- Certification in health and safety training.
- A degree in Culinary Science or related certification.
