About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills to perform the following duties:
- Provide professional service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Assist guests with menu choices and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant area.
- Monitor food and beverage quality to ensure it meets our high standards.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing all necessary tasks to service food and beverages according to our performance manual.
- Aquiring in-depth knowledge of our menu to assist and advise guests.
- Consistently monitoring the quality of food and beverages being served.
- Practicing good customer relations and attending to customer complaints/queries satisfactorily.
- Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of all service equipment.
- Ensuring minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
- Actively using up-selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
