As a Senior Client Service Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our projects by fostering strong relationships with clients and collaborating seamlessly with internal departments.
The key responsibilities of this position include collecting and validating task/project information from business teams/clients, updating the internal project management system accordingly, and coordinating with Studio/New Media/Production managers to receive completed tasks/jobs/projects, submit them to clients, and gather feedback for modifications.
Key Requirements- Extensive experience working in creative agencies is essential.
- A solid background and understanding of branding/graphic design principles are required.
- High customer service and communication skills are necessary.
- A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations is mandatory.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is a must.
