About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven team that is transforming the future of work in emerging markets. As a facilitator, you will co-lead engaging workshops, champion learner success, and track progress using Google Workspace and other tracking tools. During quieter periods, you will take the lead on program coordination, managing admissions, supporting employer engagement, and ensuring program logistics run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitator Duties:
    • Co-lead engaging workshops, covering key employability topics such as CV building, communication, career planning, and job search strategy.
    • Champion learner success by supporting learners in creating CVs, preparing for interviews, and building confidence in their communication.
    • Track progress using Google Workspace and other tracking tools.
    • Boost confidence by helping learners feel more prepared and capable of navigating today's job market.
  • Admissions Management:
    • Manage the full admissions process from outreach to onboarding.
    • Ensure each participant meets program requirements.
    • Keep accurate records of applicant status and communications.
  • Cohort Coordination:
    • Track and follow up on learner attendance during sessions.
    • Record learner completion of assignments and milestones.
    • Support the development and execution of engagement strategies (in partnership with facilitators and the expert trainer).
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • A passion for helping others achieve their career and learning goals.
  • 2+ years of experience in training, education, project coordination, or program administration.
  • A bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic digital collaboration tools.
