Prepaid Card Specialist

This role is responsible for implementing Apple and Google Pay wallets for cards. Key responsibilities include confirming customer priority segments, card types, and channels for prepaid card offerings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Verify customer priority segments, card types, and channels for the prepaid card offering.
  • Review market dynamics and future trends with regards to digital card offerings.
  • Conduct international and cross-sector best practice reviews.
  • Track planning activities until project launch.
  • Ensure timely execution of activities leading to the launch of xPay Wallets.
KPIs:
  • Successful execution of activities related to the launch of xPay Wallets.
  • Gross Dollar Value (GDV) post-launch on Wallets.
  • Timeliness of planning activities.
  • Effectiveness of project governance and progress reporting.
  • Coordination efficiency with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in xPay implementation in cards.
  • Experience in new card launches from design to implementation.
  • Strong understanding of digital card offerings and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record in project governance and stakeholder coordination.
