Financial Close and Consolidation System (FCCS) Project Lead

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project lead to manage the implementation of our Oracle FCCS system. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial close processes, cloud EPM systems, and strong project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementation projects, including planning, data migration, testing, deployment, and stabilization phases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Partner with finance teams to identify functional and process gaps in the existing Oracle HFM system.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for FCCS configuration.
  • Oversee system design and configuration, including metadata setup, data integrations, data migration, consolidation rules, and reporting structures.
  • Ensure seamless integration with upstream systems and downstream reporting tools.
  • Manage user acceptance testing, training, and change management.
  • Secure sign-offs on deliverables from stakeholders and take responsibility for full scope documentation.
  • Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Requirements: 2+ full-cycle Oracle FCCS projects experience, strong experience in leading end-to-end FCCS implementation, and strong experience in Oracle EPM implementations with 2+ full-cycle FCCS projects.
