We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing pool contracts, ensuring the availability of essential components and assets for maintenance activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management, component repair, or warranty and claim administration in the aviation industry. A minimum of 10 years' experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pool contracts with service providers, ensuring critical components are replenished promptly.
- Monitor pool contract performance, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and quality standards.
- Develop strategies to reduce cost, repair turnaround times, and improve efficiency in the repair cycle process.
- Manage warranty claims for defective parts, collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers to recover costs within the allowable warranty period.
- Manage the recovery of costs related to incidents and 3rd party damages on aircraft and components through Insurance Claim.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of asset management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
