We are looking for an Enterprise Technology Solutions Manager to join our team at Batelco. In this role, you will be responsible for designing customized business and communication solutions for Enterprise clients across Segments.

As an individual contributor, you will work within the solutions practice to develop and implement solutions that meet client needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the customer segments (Financial, Government, LME, SME, VIP or Residential) and experience in Pre-Sales and Solution Design in the telecom sector.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support strategic initiatives of the function by gathering intelligence about new products, solutions, and technologies in the market for enhancing Batelco offerings.
  • Identify and position solutions to address client requirements and contribute to the revenue of the function.
  • Regularly prepare and report pre-sales funnel progress on proposals in pipeline and on deal closures.
  • Assess client requirements received from the Sales team and scope the concept of technical solution to address the requirements.
  • Provide inputs to the Opportunity Review Board while deciding to quote for complex and high value bids.
  • Liaise with Technology Partnership team to design client specific holistic solutions integrating Batelco products with the offerings from technology partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • 4-7 years of experience in a high-tech product or solution environment, with a minimum of 4 recent years in the telecom industry.
  • Understanding of the customer segments (Financial, Government, LME, SME, VIP or Residential).
  • Demonstrated experience in Pre-Sales and Solution Design in the telecom sector is a mandatory requirement.
  • Core experience in design of telecom IP networks with a focus on wireline technologies and a fundamental understanding of carrier wireless.
