About Braxtone Group

Braxtone Group is a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled HR and Admin Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the company's human resources activities, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and contributing to a positive workplace environment.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Conduct interviews, reference checks, and negotiate employment offers. Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  2. Employee Support and Engagement: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Organize employee engagement activities and events.
  3. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Prepare HR reports and metrics for senior management. Manage employee leave and attendance records.
  4. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Maintain records of training sessions and evaluate their effectiveness.
  5. Benefits and Salary: Assist in preparation and managing of employee benefits, such as health insurance and end-of-service benefits. Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments to remain competitive in the market.
  6. Performance Management: Coordinate the performance appraisal process. Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Education and Experience: BS degree in Business Administration or related field. Experience in administration and/or HR-related works.
  2. Key Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills and working effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports. Ability to analyze and solve problems.
