Job Description:

We're seeking a High-Performance Relationship Strategist to join our Priority Banking team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing and anticipating client requirements, building and sustaining relationships, and driving profitable revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on servicing and managing customer relationships under our Priority Banking program.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and anticipate client requirements with a focus on cross-product holding and portfolio growth.
  • Build and sustain relationships with clients and their circle of influence.
  • Provide consistent and frequent communication with clients, offering complete and concise portfolio valuations and guidance.
  • Serve as a problem-solver for clients, helping them identify investment criteria and address concerns.
  • Drive portfolio growth through existing-to-bank (ETB) and increased product-per-customer (PPC) ratio.
  • Map client potential and work towards up-streaming to Private Banking segment.

Requirements:

  • Certifications: CFA or FAP
  • 5+ years of successful business practice in client relationship management in the banking industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with multicultural awareness and sensitivity
  • A team player with good initiative and assertiveness
  • Proven track record in business goal management
