Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented B2B Operations Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the management and administration of B2B operations and maintenance contract agreements.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate contract execution and address any issues that arise. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation, review, and management of B2B contract agreements, providing support in day-to-day operations related to maintenance contracts, and maintaining accurate records of contract agreements and communications.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in MS Office Suite and contract management software.

Additionally, you will need to stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, participate in internal meetings to share market insights and gather feedback for continuous improvement, and perform other related tasks as assigned or needed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the preparation, review, and management of B2B contract agreements.
  2. Provide support in day-to-day operations related to maintenance contracts.
  3. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate contract execution.
  4. Maintain accurate records of contract agreements and communications.
  5. Generate reports on contract performance and operational metrics.
  6. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communication, computer engineering, or any related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and contract management software.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
