Job Title: Bread Artisan - Morning Shift

Domo Ventures W.L.L. is a dynamic and innovative company seeking an experienced Baker to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Baker to prepare a wide range of bread products, including sourdough, multigrain, focaccia, brioche, pizza dough, bagels, and cakes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning kitchen equipment and tools before use
  • Weighing flour and other ingredients to prepare dough
  • Baking different bread types
  • Adjusting oven temperatures to ensure proper baking
  • Mixing various ingredients to create fillings for cakes and pies
  • Tracking food supplies and placing orders as needed

Requirements and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or similar role
  • Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders, and dough sheeters
  • Understanding of food safety practices
  • Flexibility to work in early morning shifts
  • Certification from a culinary school is a plus
