Job Title: Master Pastry Artisan

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pastry artisan to join our team at Domo Ventures W.L.L. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality bread and pastries, including sourdough, multigrain, focaccia, brioche, pizza dough, bagels, and cakes.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and tools to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Weigh ingredients accurately to prepare dough for various bread types.
  • Bake different bread varieties, including sourdough, multigrain, focaccia, brioche, pizza dough, bagels, and cakes.
  • Adjust oven temperatures as needed to ensure proper baking.
  • Mix various ingredients to create fillings for cakes and pies, such as chocolate ganache, caramel sauce, and fruits.
  • Track food supplies and place orders as necessary.
Requirements and Skills:
  • At least [insert experience level] experience as a baker, pastry chef, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders, and dough sheeters.
