We are seeking a professional Waiter to join our team in a North Indian Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Familiarize yourself with our menu, including daily specials and recommendations.
  • Accurately take orders, including any special requests or dietary restrictions.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring that orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and disposing of trash.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members, including kitchen staff, to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a waiter or in a related role.
  • Knowledge of North Indian cuisine, including menu items and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers and team members.
  • Attention to detail, including the ability to accurately take orders and serve food and beverages.

Salary: BD 130 + Food & Accommodation
