As a Senior Digital Strategy Manager, you will lead the development and execution of digital strategies to enhance business performance and drive growth.

This role involves leveraging data-driven insights to optimize digital channels, improve user experiences, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy focused on modernizing telecom services, introducing digital-first customer experiences, and creating new revenue channels through digital products.
  • Trend Identification: Identify emerging digital trends (e.g., AI, ML, blockchain) that can be leveraged to optimize operations, reduce costs, and create competitive advantages.
  • Digital Maturity Assessment: Assess and elevate the organization's digital maturity by identifying gaps, setting benchmarks, and developing a roadmap for achieving digital excellence.

You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, social media, email marketing, and website traffic. Additionally, you will develop comprehensive dashboards and performance reports to track KPIs, ROI, and the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies.

Required Skills:
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Digital Channel Expertise: Strong understanding of digital channels and customer experience management.
  • Data Management: Ability to manage large datasets and extract actionable business insights.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field is required. You should have 10-15 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, digital channel management, and a proven track record in managing multi-channel digital campaigns and optimizing digital experiences to enhance customer engagement.
