We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise CRM and billing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing, architecting, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Billing solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Development: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and define roadmaps for CRM & Billing systems that align with business objectives.
- Integration and Interoperability: Oversight of end-to-end integrations with ERP, payment gateways, customer portals, and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data exchange and efficient processes.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and performance optimization for scalable and high-performance solutions.
- Customization and Configuration: Manage customizations, configurations, workflows, and plugins within Dynamics 365 to enhance system functionality and user experience.
- System Maintenance and Support: Troubleshoot performance issues and oversee system upgrades and patches to prevent downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Compliance and Security: Evaluate and ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data protection standards to safeguard sensitive information and protect the organization's reputation.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: No less than 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Billing solutions, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
- Tech Skills: Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Azure, with the ability to leverage these technologies to drive business growth and improvement.
- Domain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of billing models, invoicing processes, and subscription management to design and implement effective CRM & Billing systems.
- Integration Patterns: Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and integration patterns to enable seamless data exchange between systems.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and DevOps practices to promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Leadership Skills: Strong problem-solving and leadership skills to motivate and guide teams towards achieving shared goals and objectives.
