Job Title: Technical Lead
">Job DescriptionThis role focuses on overseeing the development, implementation, and enhancement of health and safety processes and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
The incumbent will also issue reports on non-conformities, perform follow-up inspections, and maintain knowledge of relevant laws and legislation. Additionally, they will provide training on health and safety matters, investigate accidents and incidents, and prepare policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include managing health and safety projects, ensuring their successful completion, and maintaining a high level of expertise in relevant fields. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and time management abilities.
">Qualifications, Experience & SkillsRequired qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a similar technical qualification. Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH Process Safety Management Certification and ISO 45001 Certification are also necessary.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field is required, along with proficiency in English and Arabic languages. The ability to communicate effectively, analyze complex situations, and solve problems quickly is essential for this role.
Familiarity with MS Office software, industry procedures, and best practices is also beneficial. Time management skills and a strong understanding of key industry safety principles are crucial for success in this position.
