**Job Title:** Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to facilitate effective team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the team in adopting Agile delivery methodologies
  • Ensure that the team follows Agile practices, rules and values
  • Organize and facilitate scrum rituals – daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospectives
  • Mentor the team in Agile practices and address any challenges
  • Ensure clear communication between team members and stakeholders

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing Agile methodologies in a team environment. They will be able to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders, and provide guidance and support as needed.

**Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field

* Professional Certifications (CSM or PSM)

* 10+ years of work experience

* Strong communication, conflict-resolution & leadership skills

* High proficiency in using Agile delivery management tools

* Experience in frameworks like SaFe, LeSS
