Job Title: Global Payroll Operations Specialist – End-to-End Solutions

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's end-to-end global payroll and contractor payments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payrolls. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships with vendors, and staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Solutions: Develop and implement end-to-end solutions for global payroll and contractor payments, ensuring seamless integration with HR and Finance.
  • Payroll Management: Ensure all payrolls are delivered on time and with 100% accuracy, manage payroll deadlines, and monthly tasks.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare payroll reports, provide monthly data to finance, and ensure GDPR compliance.

Requirements

  • Experience: Similar payroll role or experience working with outsourced payroll bureaus.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions for global payroll and contractor payments.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaboration and communication skills, ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors.
