We are seeking a HR Specialist with a focus on recruitment and HR operational activities, including payroll coordination. The successful candidate will attract top talent and ensure smooth HR operations within our Bahrain subsidiary and the new manufacturing plant setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department managers to forecast hiring needs and support talent acquisition strategies.
- Handle daily HR administration, including employee documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and liaise with the finance team for accurate payroll processing.
- Support performance appraisals, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Bahraini labor laws and Generac Pramac's global HR policies.
Requirements:
- Bahraini nationality (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in multinational or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and basic payroll management.
- Understanding of Bahraini labor regulations.
- Fluent in English; Arabic skills are a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
