Role Purpose:

The Visual Merchandiser at RESO is responsible for implementing effective visual displays to enhance the shopping experience and meet seasonal sales goals.

Responsibilities

  1. Create visually appealing window displays that align with the company's image and theme, driving customer attraction and sales.
  2. Develop innovative display ideas to promote products, increase visibility of slow-moving items, and support sales objectives in collaboration with shop managers.
  3. Evaluate and arrange merchandise, properties, and furniture according to pre-defined plans, ensuring a cohesive and engaging store environment.
  4. Oversee the procurement and construction of necessary decorative materials such as wood, plastic, paper, and glass as needed.
  5. Maintain and coordinate window booking schedules to optimize visual presentation.

Qualifications

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in visual merchandising or retail management.
  2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  3. Proficiency in English and Arabic language skills.
  4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
