Job Title: Logistics Specialist
Job OverviewThis is a key role in accounting operations where you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks and large-scale business planning. Your primary objective will be to streamline our logistics processes, ensuring seamless delivery of goods and services to our clients.
Main Responsibilities- Accounting tasks such as invoice creation, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely financial reporting.
- Monitor budgets and expenses to optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare forecasts and reports to aid in planning (P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow).
- Communicate with key accounts and meet their needs effectively.
- Liaison with our delivery team for credit collection and dispute resolution.
- Utilize ERP systems to support operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to secure new accounts and increase market share.
- Ongoing liaison with our warehouse team to facilitate daily delivery operations.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Any professional certifications in accounting or finance would be beneficial.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Zoho).
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc).
- Ability to communicate and work within a team environment.
- Sales experience would be welcome.
- Arabic and English written and verbal skills.
