Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Team Member to join our vibrant kitchen and help deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking Arabic/Lebanese dishes according to authentic recipes, quality, and presentation standards. They will also maintain hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen areas, following HACCP guidelines.

• Prepare and cook Arabic/Lebanese dishes according to authentic recipes.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
• Assist in menu development and seasonal specials.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service.
• Manage inventory and minimize waste.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members (for senior roles).

• Proven experience in Arabic and Lebanese cuisine is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality/F&B industry.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and HACCP standards.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
