About The Opportunity

Somewhere Bahrain is expanding our culinary team We are looking for passionate and talented chefs at different levels to join our vibrant kitchen and help deliver exceptional Arabic and Lebanese dining experiences to our guests. Whether you're starting your culinary career or bringing years of expertise, we have a place for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook Arabic/Lebanese dishes according to authentic recipes, quality, and presentation standards.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen areas, following HACCP guidelines.
  • Assist in menu development, seasonal specials, and new Arabic/Lebanese dishes.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and timely service.
  • Manage inventory, ensure proper storage, and minimize waste.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members (for senior roles).

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in Arabic and Lebanese cuisine is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality/F&B industry.
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and HACCP standards.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
