The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering personalized experiences to our discerning guests.

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Butler with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury setting to join our team at Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa.
  • As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest receives the highest level of service and brand standards are consistently met.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Correspond with guests prior to, during, and following their stays to understand their preferences and tailor their experience accordingly.
  2. Regularly attend department line-ups and meetings to communicate important information and collaborate with colleagues.
  3. Participate in training sessions and perform related duties as required to enhance your skills and contribute to the success of the hotel.
  4. Manage and exceed guest expectations by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly.
  5. Communicate effectively with Private Dining to ensure amenities, guest preferences, and other details are addressed and executed flawlessly.
  6. Upsell hotel products and facilities to enhance revenue and deliver a premium experience.
  7. Ensure repeat and long-stay guests are greeted regularly and their profiles are updated to provide a seamless experience.
  8. Provide in-room check-ins and room orientations to guarantee guest comfort and satisfaction.
  9. Ensure smooth handovers of daily activities to the next shift and maintain open communication channels.
  10. Offer additional services such as laundry, packing, and shoe shine, and accommodate special guest preferences.
  11. Deliver a professional and friendly greeting, and engage with guests to build rapport and trust.
  12. Assist guests with food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful manner.
  13. Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards to maintain consistency and excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of Butler experience from a luxury background.
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to focus attention on guest needs and remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
