We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to join our EMEA region, where you will collaborate with a diverse team of experts and have access to extensive development opportunities.

This position is a full-time opportunity in EMEA, Muharraq, Bahrain.

**Job Overview:**

As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement plans and processes that meet the needs of our business. Your focus will be on sourcing high-quality goods and services, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to drive business growth and profitability.

Your Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Your Background:

  • A minimum of 3.5-4+ years of experience in procurement and sourcing, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • A willingness to travel for business trips, with up to 30% travel required.
