We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our EMEA region, where you will collaborate with a diverse team of experts and have access to extensive development opportunities.

This position is a full-time opportunity in EMEA, Muharraq, Bahrain.

**Job Role:**

You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality goods and services, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to drive business growth and profitability. Your focus will be on developing and implementing effective procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.

Your Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Sourcing and negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.

Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3.5-4+ years of experience in procurement and sourcing, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • A willingness to travel for business trips, with up to 30% travel required.
