To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Over 10 years of experience: In the general management of large, complex service-related businesses, preferably within the Air Express Industry and/or with multinational corporations.
- Experience in HR: A similar role would be advantageous.
- Languages: Highly proficient in English and Arabic; proficiency in French is an advantage.
- Skills and Qualifications: Knowledge of organisational strategies and operational objectives: commercial awareness of the Express & Logistics industry.
- Personal Qualities: Strong capabilities in process development and implementation.
