Role Overview

This is a full-time role for an Environment, Health and Safety Officer at Faba Commercial Services in Bahrain, focusing on the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee health & safety procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Conduct thorough environment health and safety (EHS) assessments to identify potential risks.
  • Manage occupational health programs to promote employee well-being.
  • Lead accident investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Deliver training programs to enhance EHS knowledge and skills among employees.
Requirements
  • Strong background in Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), or Occupational Health.
  • Accident Investigation and Training experience with a proven track record.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of local and international health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
