Job Description
As a Product Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes, setting requirements for raw materials or intermediate products for suppliers, and monitoring their compliance. You will also ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations, supervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff, and provide guidance and feedback.
You will oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards, inspect final output, compare properties to requirements, approve the right products, and reject defectives. Additionally, you will maintain accurate documentation, perform statistical analysis, solicit feedback from customers, and submit detailed reports to executives.
