Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent guest service, ensuring that every interaction is friendly and professional.
  • Update guest history and maintain accurate records of their stay.
  • Know our hotel's services and amenities, promoting them to guests during their stay.
  • Be knowledgeable about our pricing policy and communicate it clearly to guests.
  • Listen to guests' needs and requests, responding promptly and efficiently.
  • Follow up on guest requests, resolving issues or offering alternative solutions when necessary.

Quality and Service Standards: Our Front Desk Ambassador will be expected to uphold the highest standards of quality and service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated. This includes providing wake-up calls as requested, informing guests of hotel conditions, and forwarding messages and information to other departments as needed.

Performance Metrics: The success of our Front Desk Ambassador will be measured by their ability to optimize occupancy rates, average room prices, and overall hotel turnover. They will also be responsible for performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements: Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also be familiar with cash handling procedures and guest credit policies, and be able to apply these policies accordingly.
