In this role, you will work closely with our chef to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and Cooking Dishes: You will prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our client's menu and recipes, using your knowledge of different cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Food Handling and Safety: You will follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times, ensuring that our kitchen remains a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Inventory Management: You will monitor and maintain inventory levels of food and supplies, working closely with our procurement team to ensure that we always have the necessary ingredients on hand.
- Team Collaboration: You will collaborate with our team members to ensure timely and efficient food preparation, maintaining a positive and supportive team dynamic.
- Workstation Maintenance: You will maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
