Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to oversee our daily accounting operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements through accounting data monitoring and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger management, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local and international standards.
- Develop and implement efficient accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements
- ACCA accountant only (Other certifications will not be considered).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of local accounting laws and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Bonus Points
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in managing accounts for multinational operations is an advantage.

Preferred Skills
- Fluency in English (C1/C2).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Valid Bahraini driving license preferred.
