Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Tele-sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, developing and maintaining existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities- Pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products or services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales strategies and goals.
- Minimum of high school certification; diploma and work experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Highly computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office Products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent time management skills, and a strong desire to succeed in a dynamic sales environment. Normal working hours are 40 hours per week, with occasional weekend and evening work required.
